Broccoli

Truly the boss of nutrients. Broccoli micros offer a tremendous amount of vitamins, minerals, protein, and the very special compound, Sulforaphane. Sulforaphane helps reduce disease, degeneration, and the effects of aging. Furthermore, studies suggest Sulforaphane helps reduce inflammation, promotes healing from stroke, exhibits cancer fighting properties, and protects the entire nervous system from damage!

Let's talk about the yum factor: many describe the broccoli micro as mild, and similar to a broccoli floret, sans the bitterness. Pairs well with almost any dish or eaten raw.

Cabbage (Pok Choy)

Among the most powerful vegetables, you can enjoy filling up on your daily allowance of Vitamin A, C, and K along with folate while snacking away on this delicious microgreen. You may find this micro in our mild micro mix!

Cilantro (Split Seed)

Although bursting at the seams with nutrients we'd like to start with the flavor of this familiar microgreen. Either you love it or you hate it but it certainly does not lack in flavor. One single cilantro microgreen will impress you! It is nearly identical to it's mama! Both in flavor and intensity!
With a nearly non-existent caloric value it also provides fiber, vitamins A, E, and K, calcium, iron, potassium and magnisium to mention a few.

Basil (Genovese)

Speaking of "mamas", we can't think of one that would skimp on this delicious and diverse herb. It brings to life what was once deadened by the blandness of a basil-less dish. Without trying a micro basil, you won't understand. You just won't. This wonderful herb also helps fight against cancers and free radicals and offers many anti-inflammatory antioxidants. Don't forget the impressive list of vitamins and minerals!

Pea Shoots

If you enjoy a delicious snap or sugar pea pod you will appreciate it even more in its micro form. Nearly identical in flavor but superior in nutrients, it is an exceptional addition to your stir fry or salad. Eat it lightly cooked or raw.

Red Beets

Aesthetically appealing to the eye, this vibrantly red microgreen tastes like an earthy beet! A wonderful contrast to any green dish.

Red Radish

Some like it hot! This is a spicy micro. In fact, we add this to our spicy mix for its considerable spicy contribution. All we can say is, it tastes like a radish, a spicy one. (Really, it's not THAT spicy, you can handle it)

Sunflower Shoots

If you are new to microgreens, this is an excellent beginner option. Its flavor is easy on virtually any palate. You'll appreciate the fresh, mild, and slightly nutty taste of a micro sunflower. Around these parts, we call them sunnies, and the kids will gobble them up!
